北京时间1月22日，那不勒斯多名球员共同的经纪人朱弗雷迪在接受采访时对孔蒂极少给予年轻球员机会表达了自己的不满。
朱弗雷迪目前是那不勒斯队长迪洛伦佐的经纪人，此外他代理的那不勒斯球员还包括了波利塔诺、马里亚努奇、维尔加拉以及安布罗西诺，其中较为年轻的后三人本赛季得到的出场机会全都十分有限。
对此朱弗雷迪在接受采访时将矛头对准了孔蒂：“皮奥在国米获得了机会，但这种情况没有发生在那不勒斯的年轻人身上，他们并不比其他人差。”
“孔蒂没有勇气使用年轻球员，如果没有伤病问题，韦尔加拉永远不会得到机会，只有曼纳(那不勒斯体育总监)信任他。”
“马里亚努奇和安布罗西诺则都被孔蒂挟持了，我不会被孔蒂蒙蔽，他说过一些令人发指的话。”
